You agree to these Terms and Conditions in full by accessing or using our website and services. If you do not accept all the terms stated here, please discontinue the use of our services.

Hashtag M-Cubed is operated by VitaVerse LLC, located at:

All mathematics tutoring services are delivered by Tracy Davis, BSc (Hons), PGCE, NPQ SL, a qualified UK teacher with over 30 years of international teaching experience. Tracy holds Enhanced DBS clearance and subscribes to the update service.

2. Services Offered

 

Hashtag M-Cubed provides personalized online tutoring sessions for mathematics, including:

  • One-to-one tuition: From KS-2 through GCSE up to A-Level and IB

  • One-to-two tuition: Small group settings

  • Group sessions: For 3-6 students

3. Booking Process

  1. Initial free consultation to discuss:

    • Student's academic level

    • Learning objectives

    • Scheduling preferences

  2. Formal offer of services following consultation.

  3. Session confirmation upon receipt of payment.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • All sessions must be paid in advance.

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or other methods detailed on our website.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

  • Cancellations:

    • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the same payment period.

  • Technical Issues:

    • If technical issues occur on the tutor’s end, the session will be prorated or rescheduled at no additional cost.

 

6. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions.

  • At the tutor's discretion, credits may be applied toward future sessions.

7. Technical Requirements

​

To ensure a productive learning environment, students must have:

  • Stable internet connection.

  • Functional webcam and microphone.

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment.

  • Any required materials are readily available.

 

8. Child Protection and Online Safety

We prioritize student safety and well-being:

  • Parents/guardians are welcome to observe online sessions.

  • Sessions may be recorded with prior consent for quality and safeguarding purposes.

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring proper online safety measures at home.

 

9. Data Protection

We handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

  • Student progress records are confidential.

  • Session recordings, if applicable, are securely stored.

10. Disclaimer

  • The tutor reserves the right to terminate services if a student’s behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.

All teaching materials provided are the intellectual property of Hashtag M-Cubed and VitaVerse LLC. Reproduction or sharing of materials is prohibited without written consent.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

Hashtag M-Cubed (VitaVerse LLC) is not liable for:

  • Any technical interruptions beyond its control.

  • Outcomes that do not meet the student’s or guardian’s expectations.

 

13. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by courts within the jurisdiction of Sheridan, Wyoming.
