Hashtag M‑Cubed (Make Maths Matter)
Hashtag M‑Cubed began as Make Maths Matter — a school project Tracy led in Germany as part of her NPQ Middle Leadership qualification. The mission is the same today: to make maths feel learnable, logical, and (quietly) satisfying — even for people who have always believed they “just aren’t maths people”.
Tracy is a UK‑qualified teacher (QTS) and has taught in British and international schools for over 30 years, including HM Forces schools in Germany, and international schools in Turkey and Cyprus.
All teaching is delivered online — via the learning portal for self‑paced courses, with optional live group Q&A sessions and one‑to‑one tutoring via Zoom or Google Meet.

Safeguarding and online teaching
Online sessions are not routinely recorded, but can be recorded on request. For under‑18s, Tracy welcomes parental involvement in scheduling and safeguarding arrangements, and can outline the approach during an initial call.
